Does RentalThread work if I have only one property?
Yes. It works the same for one property or many: each one gets its own place for repairs, rent, expenses and documents.
Does RentalThread collect rent?
RentalThread tracks rent: what came in, what went out and what's overdue for each property. Collecting rent online is something we're considering; after you confirm your email, you can tell us whether you'd use it.
Do my tenants and pros need to use it too?
You invite them into the thread for their property or job, and from there they report problems, send estimates and see updates. Each person sees only the work that involves them.
Can I keep the documents for each property?
Yes. Leases, invoices and other documents are stored with each property, and AI pulls out the key dates and amounts so you can find them later.
Can I check what AI writes before it goes out?
Always. Requests, summaries and messages made by AI are labeled as AI-made, and you can edit them before they are saved or sent.
