About RentalThread

The work of a rental is scattered across chats, phone calls, email, spreadsheets and paper. A single repair can involve a tenant, an owner, a manager and a pro, and none of them sees the whole picture. Information gets lost, approvals are hard to prove and everyone spends time asking for updates. We think the people around a property deserve one place where the work is visible.

Each property gets its own space, and each repair becomes a thread that everyone can follow: request, estimate and approval, completion and payment. Owners and managers also keep rent, expenses, leases and recurring maintenance in the same place, and agents share listings and book visits. AI turns messages and photos into requests, reads documents and drafts updates, always labeled and reviewed by a person.

We are launching in the Americas first: the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, Latin America and Brazil, in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Europe and Asia come after.

RentalThread has not launched yet. People can join the waitlist for free, and early access opens in waves. Plans and prices will be announced before launch.
