Who sends me jobs?
Owners and property managers who use RentalThread invite the pros they work with. If you already work with some, share RentalThread with them.
How do I send an estimate?
In the job's thread: add your price and a proposed visit time. The owner or manager approves it there, and the tenant is told when you're coming.
Do I get paid through RentalThread?
You post progress, mark the job done and track your payment in RentalThread. Getting paid online through the app is something we're considering.
Can I add photos of the finished work?
Yes. Post progress and the finished job with photos, so the owner and the tenant can see it's done.
Can I check what AI writes before it goes out?
Always. Requests, summaries and messages made by AI are labeled as AI-made, and you can edit them before they are saved or sent.
